Slowly you are beginning to understand a few of the basics of antitrust law.

Lesson #1: A company does not need to be a monopoly to violate the antitrust law.

Lesson #2: A company is wise to use internal antitrust training regardless of whether it was declared a monopoly to assure compliance with the law. A well run company will also provide legal training in a number of other areas.
