Arrested them. what were they up to - those guys with night goggles? Well, gee,I don't have a clue:>) I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that the feds have pulled probably close to 200K plants out of that forest this year. They were ex-cons from an SF street gang. They were either doing a rip-off, or were gonna be couriers for a scene the feds haven't found yet. Legalize the damn weed, already.
