Clinton kept North Korea nuke-free for 8 years. That in itself is success. Regardless of imperfections. He also had their nuke plant under constant video surveillance. That was huge, very valuable and important.

Under Bush, NK got nukes and no more surveillance.
That is called failure. A double failure. Plus the Bushies have no other plan now except maybe to go back to what Clinton did.

You can't spin away these basic facts, can you?
