Well, I never claimed the USonian knowledge of democracy would be very well instilled nor otherwise acquired.
Same thing with the knowledge of regular cranium sizes and the capability to google or yahoo for some basic stuff.
However, Germany has a pretty smart, functional mixed system
(that means mixed single-seat and over-all proportional representation).
However, Germany is still not a center-based multi-party system, but they are about to become one. (in fact, they are still pretty much a two-block system)
Btw, it was a one-party system who whipped the fascist, racist, segregated, great military ass, but that too has never been instilled in the worst two-party system (However, UKonians tend to know that fact, but they never really institutionalized USonian segregation, except for Wales, Scotland and North Ireland and the rest of the early and late colonies). |
