hey only want it presented as philosophy or sociology or geography or some such subject matter That leaves it wide open to discussion and possibly ridicule. Dismissed as another quaint custom... A kid from a 'humanist' family announces that believing in God is foolish as He does not exist... I seriously doubt that religious types want their faiths challenged in that fashion... Apparently some are downright narsty (as my 14 year old would say) if you did so... Hard to do anything but the most superficial of studies before questions pop up that may lead to fireworks... Ya know everyone loves Christmas shopping... but the real reason for Christmas isn't such a universal truth... What's that you say... transmutation of wine and bread into what ?? Al
