John Motorola, ZTE did not meet GSM norms - India's BSNL Thu Oct 12, 2006 3:25am ET NEW DELHI, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., India's top telecoms firm by sales, said Motorola Inc. (MOT.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and ZTE Corp. were disqualified from the firm's recent GSM line tender as they failed to meet some technical specifications.
