I don't think he's that stupid. where that screen writer... should be a movie here, right. was on the property last winter... hard to beleive all this happened with a square mile of desert dirt! Then went to the Quartzite book store and saw what happens to investors in these there desert dirts. That poor guy lost more than the shirt off his back. :-)
