Challenging Points of view, interpretation, doctrine, dogma, ritual, tradition, or loyalties is different than challenging faith. Most religious people are compulsive about arguing those issues. Faith, unfortunately, is often confused with allegiance to culture or practice. Those types of challenges are likely to produce fire works for obvious, not necessarily good, reasons.
I doubt faith all by itself is very challengable, absent the presence of extreme life changing events. |
