The Board of Directors of TRACER PETROLEUM CORPORATION announce the granting of 205,000 employee incentive stock options to Mr. Peter Van Den Heuvel, and Mr. Wayne LaRosee to purchase an additional 130,000 and 75,000 common shares of the Company respectively. The subject options may be exercised to purchase an equal number of common shares at $0.50 per share at any time up to September 25, 1999.
The granting of options is subject to the acceptance of regulatory authorities.
