I sent the following email to IRelations. I doubt I will get a response, but who knows:

I noted with interest your announcement concerning the earnings conference call in early November. There is no word concerning the options issue, either in today's announcement or since the issue began to be studied pursuant to the previously announced review.

As a shareholder, let me express my concern and my dissatisfaction with the way shareholders have been treated with respect to the options review. There has not been a single word issued on the subject despite the fact that literally months have passed during which the review has taken place. In the meantime the share price has languished, thanks to the incomprehensible inability of Sonus management to issue any guidance, even if preliminary, concerning the matter. While the review may have found nothing untoward, the failure to say anything at all has naturally lead the stock markets to conclude or suspect that there must be options-related items which may be impact previously announced earnings negatively, particularly as other companies of similar size and capitalization have completed their reviews.

Sonus clearly has sufficient information by now on which to issue some indication as to the preliminary conclusions of the review. I think management has acted incompetently, particularly since the issuance of preliminary guidance concerning the matter is a simple act. The failure to act with dispatch has harmed shareholders and may very well result in increased reduction in the company's market capitalization.

Please be advised that, as a shareholder, I plan to hold Sonus and its management responsible for any losses which may be incurred as a result of this delay in timely furnishing information concerning the options review.
