She/they will be changed by Christ. Just as you must be changed at Christ's presence. Even though you are covered by Christ's blood now, you are far from ready the enter the presence of God. The only difference between you and those destined for the lake of fire is that God granted you faith to believe. It doesn't really matter when you are changed does it?
