Clinton tried hard to kill OBL, but failed. Bush not only didn't try, he ignored some very glaring warnings of imminent al Qaida attacks before 9-11, and he let OBL go at Tora Bora.

Remember too, the CIA did not know for sure OBL was behind any attacks until 1998, and did not know he was behind the USS Cole until Feb. 2001 on Buch's watch. Bush did nothing to avenge the USS Cole. Nothing.
