AMD will need to get Ted Waitt to say that, not John Dvorak or Hector.

That is blindingly obvious. If AMD can't get Ted and his ilk to say Intel pressured/threatened their companies, AMD will loose its case.

For arguments sake, however, let's suppose Ted repeats the Guacomole incident in depositions and on the stand. How deep in the guacamole will Intel find itself?
