In a very surprising development, however, a review of the DIGG Coporate filing in the Michigan corporate database shows that Mr. Brian Smith is no where to be found as a Director, Officer, or CEO of DIGG. DIGITAL GAS, INC. President: William Lang Secretary: Christi Barror Treasurer: Austin Marshall Director: William Lang Dated 27 Sep 05 dleg.state.mi.us 4. Why is this? Why is Mr. Brian Smith not listed as an officer or Director of DIGG in the Michigan corporate database? 5. Who is William Lang? 6. Who is the real CEO of DIGG, William Lang or Brian Smith?
