Just affirmed my order for the APKT IPO.

APKT was just effectively priced at $9.50, above the revised range of $8 to $9.

At 9.50, APKT priced at 26.7% above the original high point of $7.50 and 5.6% higher than the revised high point just 13 hours ago.

At $9.50, APKT priced at about 44.3 PE
This is based on the 52.5mln diluted shares as of June 30, 2006 and the reported $11,250,000 in net income for said period.
