there are only 18 mil shares 65% owned by terra inds. so 6 million in float. today 118k traded by someone probably unloading at any price for whatever reason probably to raise cash. average vol of 18k so if 118k (1/60 of float)are unleashed of course the drop should rebound strongly soon .

look at tra terra inds who is tied in the same business whose stock did not move in the last weeek where tnh is down $3 it was someonne unloading imho
