I hate to say this ralph but you don't have to convince me at all. I am not going to argue with anything you are saying. In fact I agree. Its the market that has to agree and right now they aren't. Hopefully after Sunday this will start to blow over but at the moment they are rating Ecuador as a political risk. I did see where Merfill Lynch and Citicorp were saying that Ecuador has been oversold due to fear of the elections.
