Ray, that's not the way I draw forks, but it appears to describe action well so it's a useful fork.

What you probably have is you midtine is going through the center of the larger fork using the '02 high and low.

The light blue line on my chart is a parallel line of the larger fork. Many times action will occur at the same slope of a fork, and not necessarily test a tine. Typically I use this technique on overshoots.
