I'm ready for either result. It would be very nice if the Dems win control of at least ONE house of congress, but Bush is such a lame duck now, he's unlikely to be able to do the level of damage to America that he's been doing, even with his own party in control. At his last press conference, he was completely pitiful. Many Republicans are getting some distance from him now. What the Dems really need is to take the WH in '08. I don't think any level of disgust will get Hillary elected against a resonable Republican opponent who isn't a Bush, so, they need to start finding an alternative. I might vote for a resonable Republican over Hillary.
