Bush let Osama go at Tora Bora after 9-11. We had tim trapped and Bush refused to send Army Rangers to help the CIA cut off the escape routes. So OBL and friends got away.

Clinton was never offered Osama. That is a rightwing lie. At the time this so-called "offer" was made it was not proven that Osama was guilty of anything but angry rhetoric. As soon as it was proven OBL was behind the embassy bombings CLinton went to war against him, and many on the rightwing locked Clinton for it.

Those are the facts. No spin.
