Cute -- or does it all depend on what is, is? The "framework" was an agreement by any reasonable standard. It was signed and embodied all the elements of a contract. As I suggested earlier, every document and every agreement speaks to the uselessness of seriously negotiating with islam. Probably you were right when you said, in sarcasm I presume, "What agreement?" I can't recall any with any nation that islam has acted in good faith and kept their side of the bargain when they had a choice. Can you? Don't toss the question back now. :^)
