No, Clinton didn't try as hard as he could to kill OBL. Of course, in the interest of fairness, AQ is more than one man and the 911 plot may have proceeded even with OBL dead.

The 8/6/01 warning wasn't glaring. Bush didn't "let OBL go at Tora Bora", OBL escaped.

That is lie. This was recognized immediately.

Bush did nothing to avenge the USS Cole. Like Clinton before him, Bush didn't take action ... until after 911 anyway.
