Delisting on NYSE, depends on capital, and profitablity.

Foreign companies such as computer2000 and Japanese companies do not understand the finances. They tend to think that if the company has borrowed money, it is enough. In America, the individual company has to have independant money of they own. And has to make money in their own operation.

AQS still has both problems.
