well, there is a reason for the free fall. i believe the ceo mr. joyce of tra made that "pre-warning statement" had something to do with the downfall. i checked the tra stock today; it was hardly moved. on the other hand tra had some good news today. the court ruled that several insurance should pay tra big money, over 337m? cash for the explosion of one of the tra plants two years ago. tnh made 1.24 last qt.; it is operating two of the five nitrogen plants that tra owns. the major products are three: ammonia, urea, uan. the world demand for agri products are becoming bigger and bigger. agri related business/fertilizer are becoming hotter and hotter. For instance, Monsato bot into DeKalb last year; Dupond bot into Pioneer Hi-Bred a few months back, all indicating this trend. the market in general is overvalued imo; risk/reward ratio is not very favorable to investors.
the key word right now is to be cautious. but tnh is dirty cheap. i tried to buy more today at 32.50, but it did not go throu. i hope to have another opportunity next monday. nice weekend to all.

william
