You could also say Santorum is "beady eyed, with no brain".

Santorum wrote a book in which he said it was VERY tough for him to make it on his Senate salary and health benefits. At the time he wrote that his salary and health benefits were about 4X better than the average Ohioan.

Santorum cared more about a "brain dead" woman in Florida than he EVER did about the Health Care of Ohioans.
