Bill and I have a difference of opinion on this. I think if NK collapsed, the Chinese would line the border with solders and start shooting until the flood stops or they run out of people to kill. Bill thinks the Red Army would balk at that.

tough call....the chinese are a pragmatic people

they won't put up with hoards of NK streaming in, yet mowing them down presents a huge PR problem for the world's biggest exporter of manufactured goods
