I immediately looked at ErgoBilt's press releases after spotting Asensio's report. After his report was released, the company actually opened even, and took about 15 or 20 minutes to drop. I was kicking myself that I didn't sell short at the open.

One thing that stopped me was that the co's description of their stenograph machine didn't sound like 1980's technology, as Asensio had claimed. (I also didn't have the time to go through ERGB's reports, and I very rarely invest blindly without due dilligence.)

ERGB responded to Asensio's report that their machine has indeed undergone many iterations since the 1980's and is not the same product. If that's true, I'm disappointed that Asensio wasn't aware of that.

However, ERGB did not address any of Asensio's other points, which does seem to lend some credibility to Asensio.

The posters here have emphasized ErgoBilt's furniture line, and have given some testimonials that their chairs are comfortable. I'll just remind people that a product may be great, and the company can yet be unprofitable.

I'm going to look at the co's SEC filings and see what I can glean. I haven't taken a position yet, and don't know if I will.
