Richard, You might like to take a look at: projinf.org which discusses HIV resistance diagnosis from the perspective of the AIDS community, as well as: biz.yahoo.com which is a release by International Murex discussing HIV RT analysis using DNA probes. The latter is probably complementary to VGINF rather than competitive. Have you looked at Int'l Murex and Digene at all? Peter
