utek - thank you very much for your post! Access to those kinds of insights are what makes these boards worthwhile. Your comments on ISL confirm what I read in StockInterview's book, specifically that depth and permeability are two key considerations when evaluating deposits that are presented as potential ISL candidates. If you can't get the solution through the rock, extracting the uranium will be...uh, problematic.

As for supply, what you point out is consistent with the fact that some uranium juniors are being approached or have already entered into offtake agreements, well before they have gone in to production. The buyers would not be seeking these arrangements unless they were anticipating tightness in the market for the forseeable future.

I've been studying this market for over two years now, but I feel like I am just scratching the surface. However, the more I learn, the stronger my conviction gets that my initial instincts were correct (of course, our research always tends to point in a direction that will confirm our preconceived notions or prejudices, but I like to think I'm objective <G>).

I look forward to any further contributions you are able to make on this board.

Best,
tsl
