Lieberman is a special case. He's a democrat who's also getting almost all the Republican votes because the GOP candidate there is a total loser. Boy did Lieberman luck out. So he will probably win, but hopefully he will have learned a lesson. BTW, on every issue but Iraq Lieberman seeems OK. He is very strong on the environment for instance.
It's too bad if he can't be replaced, but that's not a GOP win. It's just not a progressive win.
