No wonder the vets rebuffed her apology--she gave the No Vietnamese a photo op by sitting astride one of their anti-aircraft guns. Interestingly, Jane's father Henry Fonda was also an extreme liberal, although he was wise enough to keep his politics to himself. Sadly, Jane's mother committed suicide when her husband was disloyal...could explain the familial roots of Hanoi Jane's treacherous activities.
