Saddam Hussein, Idi Amin, Stalin, George W Bush and Kruschev, and Castro, are all examples of alcoholics. Hitler was a methamphetamine addict which is the same mental profile even though the effects of the drug are different. Moammar Gadhafi outlawed the sale of alcoholic beverages in Libya. Although he is not known to drink or use drugs, he could easily be a dry-drunk. His grandiose personality and belligerency easily fits the profile of an alcoholic or addict. People can act in an antisocial manner without being an alcoholic, although it certainly helps. But the antisocial activity of an alcoholic is typified by an irrational belligerency which is not seen in people without alcoholism or other mental illness. .
