There is a comedian who suggested that there are some people that should be forced to use marijuana after we legalize it! He asked the audience if they were at a concert and some guy was being belligerent, had he been drinking or smoking pot. The audience, of course, replied “drinking, drinking!” He then suggested that it was impossible to get into a fight while high on pot. Even if it was possible to get angry enough to yell at someone, it would take about 20 seconds to forget the incident, and ask the same guy “hey, what’s goin’ on, man?” Q: How do to we pacify a country? A: Add trace amounts of THC into the water supply. This is a joke, BTW.
