[Port Security Bill] I don't have any on the sniffing stuff but here's one - CIBER, Inc - that might catch another contract or two.

CBR Harbor Management and Security (HMS) solution and they recently secured a Port Freeport, Texas, Waterside Perimeter Protection Project

and another contract with the USDA Risk Management Agency (not that has anything to do with Port Security but then I'm still trying to figure the online gambling angle)
