They raised the age and lowered the education requirements for military recruits. I think that's a fact. Does the military provide PRECISE data on all the people that they get to join up? One of the soldiers that raped that 14 year old girl and killed her family was said to have a sociopathic personality disorder before he joined the military. Does the military put out data on that sort of thing?
