If 337m you refer to 337 thousand dollars this is nothing meaningful to tra who has 72 million shares. So it still doesn't answer why tra didn;t go down You also have to realize that even in worst case most pessimistic view this stock has already tumbled $10 ot 25% for no reason. Furthermore all analysts are still predicting OVER $5 a share for 98 & $5 for 99, so how wrong can you go. THE $33 PRICE IS INSANE. the company gives a huge divedfend every year $4-5, this is the next best thing after a machine that prints money. You also have to understand that tra who owns 65% of tnh has an interest to see TNH trade higher to have a higher book value. The above was the most pessimistic view. As an optimist I can see nitrogen prices falling gasolinre prices falling, the demand for the tnh 3 lines of products increasing etc etc, and we can easily see $7-9 EPS ver soon with the stock exploding ONLY 6 MILLION in the float. Todays decline IMHO is of a single person unloading 119 thous.. shares, 6x the average volume whioch surpressed the stock. He may have also been the seller of another 100 thous. this week (200k in total or $7 mil. ) for whatever reason that he unloaded he may have needed the cash etc etc. he probably had a loss since we are at a 2 year low. I disagree with you in that i do not see this stock ast 32.5 on mon. IN FACT I THINK WE GOT THE SELLLER OUT OF THE WAY WITH VERY FEW OF THE 6 MIL SHARES IN THE FLOAT WANTING TO LET GO OF A GOLDMINE FOR NO REASON. I SEE $37 VERY SOON AND THEN 40 AS FOR WAITING AFTER THE DIVEDEND. WELL YOU LOSE A BIG DIVEDEND AND THE STOCK PRICE WON'T WAIT FOR YOU AT THESE BARGAIN BASEMENT PRICES. btw this stock has a hefty div.
