There is yet another book out on the BRE>X gold mining fraud, and its an instant best seller with every copy sold. Indonesia's free thinking ministry of mines has apparently bought up the first edition of an Indonesian-language book called SCAM, which casts the ministry in an unfavourable light. All this is reported in a column in the latest Far Eastern Review.
Dow Jones says the author and publishers have been warned not to try a second printing. Word is that the book is being translated into English, and it could yet join the rest of the BRE>X book bonanza.
That is, if it does'nt sell out before it hits the shelves...
