I give you the same warning you gave to the people saying the Dems are sure to win - nothing's determined yet.

It's odd, but EVERY person I talk to in real life thinks Bush is a total failure and thinks the Republicans should go. It's only on these threads that I find any support at all, and I live in the supposedly reddest state left.

See.......that's what you don't understand. They might not like Bush......they may even criticize him but when push comes to shove, they'll vote for him before they'll vote for a Dem. Don't you remember all the negative comments before the 2004 election.......Kerry began to look like a shoo in. Instead, the opposite happened, Bush got re elected by a bigger margin than the first time.

My friends from MT......smart, well educated, very nice people.....even liberal to a degree. Mark came up to me a week before the 2004 election; told me he had decided that Bush was crazy. A week after the election I asked him whom he voted for........Bush. He couldn't imagine voting for Kerry. The thing you've got to remember.....they may not like Bush but he gave them tax cuts out the wazoo. That makes everything else all right with them. Mark and I are no longer friends.......I want nothing to do with people who think first with their wallets.
