Then you are farther ahead than much of Canada. Of course progressives fought as hard as they could to make sure our homeless weren't even counted. I guess if you count them it interferes with the empire building. Canada has a problem that the Socially progressive insist on huge salaries as soon as they get things going. Paying the head of a foodbank $100,000 a year makes me slightly nauseous, but that is what he got paid before he became a politician.
