Isn't there rather a large grey area between believing in missile defense and believing that the world going nuclear is "Bush's plan"?

You didn't pick up the hyperbole? OK, I don't think Fiji or Iceland is going to get nukes under any forseeable circumstance. Though Iran, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan may be in play.
