That's consistent with what I said. Different countries, but it's consistent. It's one thing to be able to count the homeless in some po-dunk town in the Niagara Peninsula, it's another thing to count the homeless in New York City where many homeless don't crawl out of the underground tunnels
Well I suppose if you call Canada's biggest city "some po-dunk town in the Niagara Peninsula" that is OK, but it is certainly a large town. I guess in the States a town with 4.6 million people is considered small, here in Canada we think of it as fairly large. Perhaps you haven't heard we have some larger towns now, why nowadays you seldom even see a dog sled......
