Well, Harrison, the Lehman report answers your question in regard to the "one time charge." Very UNesoteric. The charge will be a bit over 50M, which is calculated by subtracting 10M (1/2 of cashed received from leftover ALRI funds) + 8.9M received from AGN=18.9M from the $71.4M purchase price. That means the one time charge will be roughly in the area of 52M give or take a couple of M. I guess they are referring only to the financial assest.
