Wrong. Oil barons will have to share their obscene profits by finally paying royalties and taxes. Those revenues will go to new clean fuels programs. If big oil tries to pass the costs along they will be hit with more penalties for cheating. In short, they must be regulated. Time to end the empire of oil, end the unregulated energy business that can rip off to its hearts content. We in California especially know how crooked these energy companies can be. When Enron was leading the pack (with Bush-Cheney's support) they ripped us off for 30 billion and replaced our governor. Time to stand up to big oil, no excuses.
