If you read the last paragraph carefully, J. Costello speaks of pursuing all necessary means of ridding the market of ArcCell product. He implies that CDN would go so far as to sue users of AVNT's products. Unfortunately, most of AVNT's customers are big CDN customers as well. I think the market is 1)afraid of how that might look to CDN customers (ie. "Hi I'm Joe P&R salesman from CDN, you can't buy AVNT's products because they took them from us. If you buy AVNT's P&R tools, we're (CDN) is going to sue you. Oh yeah, by the way, how many Cell 3's would you like? Tough position for a CDN salesman to be in) and 2) the Wall Street Journal listed Joe Costello as one of the top 4 candidates for the AAPL position (he's friends with Larry Ellison).
