Thanks for the 10k link. While it is a very complicated annual report. CMGI and its subsidiaries have a supply chain software company that is doing well. CMGI also has @venture capital funds participation that resulted in gains and losses. The annual report did not have direct ownership of companies invested by venture capital funds, but sometimes CMGI owned the capital and some benefits of material gains from the venture capital funds. We might consider then CMGI is a supply chain software company, but has short term and long term equity investment in venture capital funds in the asset column. It looks reasonable to assume the future of CMGI depends more in the supply chain software development. The equity investment part is small in comparison. If I am wrong, please let me know.
