It would be nice if the companies made a "safe harbour" estimate of value to shareholders. They're in the biz, after all. We have to try and figure out whether drill results add value to the share price or not. Tricky. A HSLATT rating would try to capture all that. Then we wouldn't need CC, LOL. CD
