Everything is right there for you. 1. Congress passed the Military Commission’s Act to give Mr. Bush the power to deal effectively with America’s enemies—those who seek to harm the country. He has been very clear on who he thinks that is. 2. But even Democrats, who voted against the Military Commission’s Act, concede that it doesn’t actually suspend habeas corpus. Leahy's smarmy comment doesn't deserve a response, because it doesn't eliminate habeas corpus for anyone who is entitled to it. Foreign combatants are not entitled. That is a fine likeness. I do hope you will be able to retrieve your head someday. I'm done. Don't come crying when Osama's crew drops an egg on your face.
