Hi Eric-- First save the 'frame' or page from the web as a text document (".txt" extension), by going up to 'File' and choosing "Save as" from the drop down menu. Then open that in a text editor, copy it and paste it to SI.
The formatting sticks, just make sure you select "Fixed Font" when posting!
