Most members of Congress, most reporters and most Americans have no idea that this has happened. I do not believe that most in Congress did not know what the bill said....don't they know how to read? The truth is that the don't even read the language, or say they didn't know it was in there... In any other industry, that would be considered incompetence, and get you fired. In politics, it is crime as usual.... When will we have independent oversight of our law makes....never, it seems.
