The law was declared unconstitutional some years ago, so the ticket was dismissed. The ACLU is helping her sue for damages and to ensure that in the future people from that county will not be restricted from expressions of free speech, of this nature. She has not removed the bumper sticker and wants assurances that she and others who do this type of stuff wont be bothered by county cops.
